Yew Tree Farm

This project involves the redevelopment of a brownfield site in Cheshire East to deliver nine new-build dwellings alongside the sensitive conservation and remodelling of a Grade II listed Tudor farmhouse into two additional homes.

The design has been carefully considered to create a high-quality residential development that respects the historic significance of the site and the treasured Tudor farmhouse. By combining modern new build housing with the adaptive reuse of a heritage asset, the scheme supports Cheshire East’s planning aspirations and contributes positively to the local built environment.
