A creative extension to an existing commercial unit transforming a site into a mixed-use development, combining commercial space with three new residential apartments.

By working with the neighbouring buildings geometry and applying intelligent space planning, the scheme maximises the development potential and overall value of the plot. The design carefully integrates with the neighbouring structures, making efficient use of limited urban space to deliver a high-density, high-value solution.
