Great Northern Warehouse

Regeneration and heritage project designed by SimpsonHaugh.

The scheme comprised of the redevelopment of the sensitive refurbishment and redevelopment of the Grade II* listed Warehouse and Grade II listed Deansgate Terrace, the site’s urban realm was also reconfigured to create a green oasis within the city, animated streets and improved connectivity.

Whilst at the studio Susie was part of the senior team focusing on the restoration and reconfiguration of the listed buildings.
